Storage & Resilience

Store it cheap. Use it when it counts.

Storage is what turns generation into resilience and flexibility into revenue. Battery, kinetic flywheel, and ice thermal storage let you ride through peaks and outages — and get paid for the load you can move.

What we deliver

Battery

Behind-the-meter battery

Shave peaks, cut demand charges, and back up critical load. The workhorse of the storage layer.

Kinetic

Flywheel / kinetic storage

Fast-response kinetic storage for power quality and bridging — no chemistry to degrade.

Thermal

Ice thermal storage

For cold storage: make ice off-peak, melt it on-peak — shifting refrigeration load into pure savings.

Peaks

Peak shaving

Flatten the demand spikes that drive the largest, least-visible charges on the bill.

Revenue

Demand response

Turn the load you can move into a revenue stream through utility and grid programs.

Backup

Critical-load resilience

Keep refrigeration, processes, or racks alive when the grid drops — the easiest ROI in the building.

Questions

Straight answers.

What is kinetic (flywheel) storage and when is it better than batteries?
Kinetic storage stores energy in a spinning mass. It responds in milliseconds, tolerates constant cycling, and doesn't degrade chemically — making it well-suited to power-quality and bridging duty, often alongside batteries that handle longer-duration shifting.
How does storage cut my bill?
By discharging during peak windows, storage flattens the demand spikes that drive demand charges — which in cold storage can exceed 70% of the bill — and lets you arbitrage time-of-use rates.
Can storage pay for itself through demand response?
Often, yes. Utility and grid demand-response programs pay for the load you can curtail or shift, stacking revenue on top of the demand-charge savings.
